Electrical know-how by email People often pay $15 blindly for new outlets, switches, or breakers to try to solve their problem. What are the chances of that helping? If money has to be spent, wouldn't it make more sense to invest in a clearer diagnosis first. I will honor your investment by doing my best in our communications. Some problems have quick, simple fixes. Others might take some persistence and a willingness to try things out (within your comfort zone).
